Of utmost importance to remember when ordering flowers:
- Due to continuing supply chain issues, we are only able to offer a limited selection of florals. While we will strive to get your floral selection, access to florals continues to be restricted. Many of the area's that supplied flowers are facing limited ability to recruit labour, and to ship their products and therefore what use to be a market full of vast selections of florals has reduced offerings.
- XQZT Floral, as ever, has been sourcing floral selections from our local farmers. This means the creations we will be designing will be based on what is locally produced and ready to be harvested. Therefore, colours and florals used may vary from design to design.
- We understand it is not easy to order without a true visual, but we strive to make beautiful, unique designs, using the gorgeous bloom that we source.
- As is XQZT Floral's design niche, no two designs are exactly a like and we create pieces based on the concepts provided in the pictures on this site.
- We ask that, when able, you order at least 24-48 hours in advance. We understand that this may not always be possible, and will still fill your order to the best of our ability based on what is in stock, florals may be substituted, with no colour selection guaranteed.
